Course Description

SRE is a software engineering approach to IT operations. It has removed the silos between Development and operation teams to bring them together to work with each other to get better results.

SRE also works as DevOps, but it mainly focuses on building reliable systems, whereas DevOps is more broadly focused on infrastructure.

It automates various IT operations tasks like production system management, change management, incident response, etc.

SRE is based on the idea that employing software code to automate oversight of large software systems is a more scalable and long-term strategy than relying on manual intervention, especially as such systems grow or relocate to the cloud.

The SRE team helps the development and operations teams establish these three metrics -

  • Service level indicators (SLIs): SLIs are measurements of the service level provided by systems. The most common SLIs are Latency, Traffic, Error rate and, Saturation.
  • Service level objectives (SLOs): Service level objectives (SLOs) specify a target level for the reliability of your service.
  • A service-level agreement (SLA): It is a contract between a service provider and its clients that specifies the services that the provider will deliver and the service criteria that the provider must meet.

In this course, you will be taught about the principles and methods that enable a company to scale key services reliably and cheaply. Can I attend a Demo Session?

To maintain your quality we don’t provide demo classes but for your reference, we can share one of our SRE class recordings, so you can get an idea about our training quality.

Who will be our trainer?

You will be informed before your SRE classes will be started.

Do you provide placements?

No. But we can help you to get prepared for the interviews, by giving you an SRE interview kit. Additionally, you will get a project during the SRE training, and that will help you to understand the actual working environment.
