I feel I have tried everything when it come to the windows installer.  I have tried to re-install the application...doesnt work. (not enough storage space it says).  I have entered into the services and when I double click on windows installer it says "Configuation Manager: The specified device instance handel does not correspond to a present device.  I have changed the settings from manual to automatic and back again plenty of times. .....doesnt fix problem.  Have tried to unregister the mscexec files then re-register them... doesn't work.  What now?!  I have become extremely frustrated with this ongoing problem!
