Responsible Software Configuration, Build & Release Management

• Responsible to setup MS TFS as source control, build and deploy management tool

• MS TFS Application Lifecycle Management experience would be a great plus as it's going to required in RedRx 1.1 ish

• Responsible for Strategically Managing multiple codelines and parallel releases

• Responsible for defining/executing TFS builds, application deployment to different environments & ensuring correct build availability for the testing team.

• Methodologically solve the problems -provide application server support, assist virtual/physical workstation issues as needed.

Daily activities include:
-Define and manage TFS Source control and its security, Define and execute TFS builds, develop and manage MsBuild/Ant/Perl/MS PowerShell script for deployment needs..

Skill set Requirements:
-experience with source control tools like TFS, ClearCase -experience with .net applications, Win 2008 & IIS 7.0 -experience with automation scripts like NANT, MSBuild -understanding of WCF/WPF/IIS 7.0 web application/site hosting

Installation of ClearCase clients on the supported platform. ClearCase Multisite Administration Monitoring the regular scheduled jobs and restarting the jobs as per the SOP. Escalating the job schedule issues to L1 Daily, weekly and monthly house keeping based on the House keeping SOP Basic trouble shooting (Ex. client and comspec related issues in ClearCase) Follow best practices rolled out for delivery excellence. Conceptual knowledge of OS User level working knowledge in UNIX and Windows Operating Sytems.
