POSITION: Release Engineer
EXPERIENCE: 4-6 years

NICE TO HAVE:
• Vendor management experience (Web, Design, PR, Print, analysts)
• Marketing experience across geographies (having worked with marketing partners, sales team, consultants etc in US, UK, SE Asian, ANZ markets)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Solid Configuration Management Concepts. Proficiency in any one CM tool. Knowledge of SVN is desirable.
• Implement the Configuration Management policy and standards
• Evaluates existing Configuration Management systems and the design, implementation and management of new/improved systems for efficiency and effectiveness
• Controls the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of all supported CIs
• Experience in release management.
• Release management experience in java project is desirable.
• Experience in Build and Packaging
• Exposure to Ant and Maven build scripts
• Identify, control and account hardware and software configurations
• Support internal configuration audits
• Java hands on will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of non-windows OS like Linux, UNIX, Solaris etc is a plus.
