I am trying to push to master and getting the below error . can you let me know , what i am doing wrong in this.

$ git remote add origin git@https://github.com/jayakumarp81/chefcode.git
JAPAD@N39496 MINGW64 ~/Desktop/chefprogram (master)
$ git push origin master
fatal: I don’t handle protocol ‘git@https’

$ git branch -r
