While this should never happen, it occasionally does occur. This happens because your software vendor incorrectly configured the update. To avoid seeing the update, you can hide it. For instructions on how to hide updates and messages, see Hiding and Resetting Updates. For a permanent solution, bring this issue to the attention of your software vendor.

Hi,

due to Windows 7 there have been a lot of “false” notifications for our products: “this program might not have installed correctly”. I had a little research and now I am aware of the problem. Since it is caused by a missing registry entry I was wondering when Install Aware will provide a Version that will fix this issue.

I am using Install Aware 8.
